The 18th annual BURLINGTON WINTER FESTIVAL will be making its presence heard FEBRUARY 6th in the chilly and beautiful downtown Burlington. A slew of new and exciting events for kids, parents and students will be debuting on the days agenda this year, in addition to the fantastic traditions of the ice walk, snow sculpting and more.
